Pasture Bristol brings the heat to Feast On with their signature celebration of fire-based cooking.
Chef Owner Sam Elliott opened Pasture in 2018 with a vision to create memorable dining experiences that emphasised supporting local suppliers and sustainable practices. Six years later, Pasture has grown into a dynamic group of venues across three cities, including Pasture Restaurant & Radius in Bristol, Pasture & Parallel Restaurants in Cardiff, and the speakeasy bar Nightshade. In 2024, they opened Pasture Birmingham, continuing to push the boundaries of flavour and quality.

Known for their expertly grilled steaks, aged for at least 35 days and cooked over charcoal and wild cherry wood, Pasture delivers rich, smoky flavours that are a true feast for the senses. Their commitment to excellence and sustainable sourcing shines through every dish, from their ethically sourced Southwest beef to the organic produce grown on their very own ButterCliffe Farm.
