GENERAL FAQ'S

  • Friday 30th July - Sunday 1st August 2027

  • Feast On is located just off Stoke Road at Durdham Downs (The Downs), opposite the Water Tower and The Downs Cafe - BS9 1FG.

    ​

    Our entrance is clearly sign-posted and can be found on the corner of Upper Belgrave Road & Stoke Road - follow the footpath.

     

    The Downs does not have any parking - if required please make use of park and rides or city centre car parks.

     

    For those traveling from the city centre or other Bristol locations, we encourage you to hop on one of the convenient buses servicing the area, train, bike or walk to the event.​

     

    ​Clifton Down Train Station is an 18 minute walk. 

     

    The nearest bus stops are:

    • Black Boy Hill, Redland 5 minute walk - services from this route include 1, 2, 2a, 3, 505, and Y6 South Glos Lynx 

    • Guthrie Road, Clifton, 5 minutes walk,

    • Upper Belgrave Road, The Downs, 7 minute walk.

  • Opening Times 
    Friday 12pm - 10pm 
    Saturday 11am - 10pm (two different time slots; 11am - 4pm and 5pm - 10pm)
    Sunday 11am - 7pm 

  • Yes, your ticket will allow you entry for ups to 1 hour before they event.

    Friday 9pm | Saturday 9pm | Sunday 5pm 

  • To ensure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Feast On Bristol, Saturday has been split into two sessions: 11am – 4pm and 5pm – 10pm.

     

    Please arrive during the session shown on your ticket.

    Here is how the time slots work: 

    • Book a time slot that you think will work for you and your mates

    • You can arrive any time during the slot, but we’d recommend arriving early to get a taste for all the delicious things we’ve got going on as you will be required to leave by the end of your slot (either 4pm or 10pm.) 

  • Prohibited Items

    The following items are not permitted on site:

    • Illegal or offensive items.

    • Outside food and drink.

    • Illegal substances, including nitrous oxide and. Possession of illegal substances may result in refusal of entry, ejection from the event, and/or police involvement.

    • Glass containers or bottles.

    • Aerosols, including spray cans.

    • Parasols. Small umbrellas may be permitted depending on the weather forecast; however, golf umbrellas, fishing umbrellas, and oversized umbrellas are prohibited.

    • Tents, gazebos, tables, BBQs, camping stoves, and gas canisters.

    • Banners or flags attached to poles or sticks.

    • Dangerous or hazardous items, including (but not limited to):

      • Knives or bladed articles

      • Scissors

      • Flares or smoke canisters

      • Fireworks

      • Lighter fuel

      • Laser pens

      • Air horns or klaxons

      • Any item that could be used as a weapon

    • Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, or other personal transport devices.

    • Any other item that, in the opinion of Event Management or Security, may pose a risk to public safety or security.

    Medication

    • Essential prescribed medication is permitted.

    • Attendees should bring medication in its original packaging and may be asked to provide a doctor's letter, prescription, or valid medical certificate upon entry.

    • Anyone requiring medical equipment or medication should notify security staff during the search process.

  • There is no parking available near or at the festival site. We highly encourage the use of public transportation, biking or walking.

  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted at Feast On- other than Baby Food. With a wide array of culinary delights available onsite, we promise you won't go hungry or thirsty! 

  • The restaurant and on-site traders may offer options suitable for guests with dietary requirements, such as gluten-free or dairy-free. However, we cannot guarantee that food will be prepared in an environment free from cross-contamination, as it is prepared within their own kitchens and cooking areas.

  • Certainly! Well-behaved furry friends are welcome on leads other than in the VIP area.

     

    **We advise against bringing pets to the festival in hot weather for their safety and comfort.

  • Where possible we will be running a cashless event. All our hot food vendors are cashless, with the exception of some stalls who will accept cash so we would advise attendees to come prepared. There will not be an ATM on site.

  • Yes, we have a huge banqueting area to keep you dry and other undercover areas throughout the festival! 

  • Yes, refillable water bottles and sealed single-use bottles are allowed.

    We have water taps on the site for free refills too. 

  • Yes, there are baby changing facilities on site.

  • Feast On is a family-friendly event with plenty for little ones to enjoy.

    Kids' activities change yearly! Little one's can join our cookery classes or chef hat decorating sessions,  plus we have fairground rides (age-dependent), and interactive play areas on site.

    Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Yes, you're welcome to bring a camp chair or picnic blanket to enjoy the festival comfortably. Please be mindful of other guests and avoid blocking walkways or the demo stage area.

  • No glass is permitted on site. This includes glass bottles, jars, and perfume bottles. Any glass items may be confiscated at the gate. Please decant any liquids into plastic containers before arriving.

  • Yes, there is a variety of outdoor covered and uncovered seating available throughout the festival site. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

TICKETING FAQ'S

  • The weekend ticket gives you access to all sessions across the full festival - Friday, Saturday and Sunday - with a single ticket. Simply show your ticket at the gate on each day you attend.

  • VIP ticket holders enjoy queue jump entry, access to our exclusive VIP bar, and luxury toilet facilities.

    VIP weekend and day-tickets are available to purchase via Skiddle - all ages are welcome.

  • Under 5’s do not need a ticket to enter and go FREE! 

     

    Children aged 5-15 require a Child’s Ticket.  

     

    Aged 16 years or over require an Adult Ticket.

     

    Our team reserve the right to ask for ID.

     

    Under 18's must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Yes please have your QR on your ticket visible for our team to scan at the gate. If you wish you can print your tickets too (but the less paper the better!) We do not have a ticket office at the gate, please purchase your tickets online.

  • Tickets are only issued online and therefore we would advise buying one in advance to save time buying one online at the gate.

     

    P.S. It’s also cheaper buying one in advance!

  • We offer one complimentary Essential Companion/Personal Assistant ticket for a disabled guest who requires another person to accompany them in order to attend the event.

     

    To request a complimentary companion ticket, please email hello@feaston.co.uk before booking. Once your request has been approved, we'll send you a code that can be used when booking your tickets online. A complimentary companion ticket must still be added to your booking at checkout.  We may ask for evidence that demonstrates your requirement for an essential companion. 

     

    Examples of evidence we can consider include:

    Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

    Disability Living Allowance (DLA)

    Attendance Allowance (AA)

    Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)

    Blind or sight-impaired registration

    Nimbus Access Card displaying the +1 symbol

    A letter or document from an appropriate healthcare or other relevant professional

    Other appropriate documentation that demonstrates your access requirements

    This list is not exhaustive. If you do not have one of the documents listed above, please contact us so that we can discuss alternative evidence or reasonable adjustments with you.

    Blue Badges alone do not normally demonstrate a requirement for an essential companion, as they relate primarily to parking and mobility rather than the need for another person to provide support.

    Complimentary admission is available for one essential companion per eligible guest. Other members of your party will require a standard admission ticket.

  • Yes. Re-entry is permitted, provided you obtain a re-entry stamp from the entrance team before leaving the festival. Your stamp and valid ticket will be required for re-entry.

    Please note, last entry is 1 hour before close.

  • This is because all under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian so we only ask the parent or guardian to select the time slots.

ACCESSIBILITY FAQ'S

  • We warmly welcome all visitors to Feast On. If you would like to discuss any reasonable adjustments needed for you to feel safe and comfortable at the festival, please reach out to us at hello@feaston.co.uk. Please share as much information as you feel comfortable to — all information shared is confidential and will only be shared (with consent) with the relevant people on our team.

    Some information about our festival site:

    • We are a green-site festival, where the ground may be uneven in parts

    • In adverse weather conditions, certain areas of the festival may become muddy

    • We have accessible toilets available on site, located at the main toilet block, Medical/Welfare area, and VIP

    • We do not currently have BSL interpreters on our music and talks/demo stages

    • We have a medical area on site if you need additional support or a quieter space

  • Yes! Strollers and prams are welcome at Feast On. Please note that as a green-site festival, some areas may be uneven or muddy in wet weather.

    Baby-changing facilities are available at the main toilet block and Medical/Welfare area.

    Charging points are also available at the Medical / Welfare area.
